Pregnancy & Baby Care Parenting Program

Before you have your baby, you have a pregnancy to navigate. Our pregnancy classes help you understand your pregnancy and know what to expect. Learn about how to best care for yourself, what to expect during each stage of your pregnancy, and how to prepare for labor. During this Parenting Program you will also learn about early childhood parenting. There are some different approaches between caring for a newborn versus a toddler, and we touch on all of these in the parenting program. Newborns can be intimidating, but we are here to reassure you and give you a guide to care for your newborn. We also will have specialists that attend some of the sessions to provide information on nutrition and breastfeeding.

Fatherhood Parenting Program

Guys, we are here for you too! Your role as a parent is vital and unique. Our fatherhood parenting program is meant to support you and educate you on how to be an active member of your child’s life. During these sessions you will learn from other men, who have been in your shoes, and can help you with all the questions or worries you may have.
